Privacy Policy

SaldoKit is operated by Stockholm Bridge AB (company reg. no. 559390-6067, Ligustervägen 18, 138 39 Älta, Sweden). We are the controller for the data described here. Privacy questions: hello@saldokit.se.

• Account data — name, email, language preference and (for password login) a hashed password.
• Connections — API keys and OAuth tokens for Stripe, Fortnox and Spiris (Visma eEkonomi). These are stored encrypted and used only to read your data and to post entries on your instruction.
• Stripe data — charges, payouts and balance transactions we read to build your VAT and bookkeeping reports, plus your settings.
• Subscription — your Stripe customer ID and subscription status. We never store your card details.
• Cookies — only a login session cookie and a language preference. No tracking or advertising cookies.

We process this data to provide the service (performance of a contract), to run and improve SaldoKit (legitimate interest), to send necessary account emails, and to meet legal obligations such as accounting and tax rules.

• Stripe — payments and the data we read for you.
• Supabase — database (EU region).
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Resend — transactional email.
• Fortnox / Spiris (Visma eEkonomi) / Bokio — only when you connect them; vouchers are sent on your instruction.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account we remove personal data within a reasonable time, except what we must retain by law (e.g. billing records).

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, portability and to object to processing. Contact hello@saldokit.se. You may also complain to the Swedish data protection authority, IMY.
