Terms of Service

SaldoKit is provided by Stockholm Bridge AB (company reg. no. 559390-6067, Sweden). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

SaldoKit turns your Stripe revenue into bookkeeping entries (vouchers for Fortnox, Spiris (Visma eEkonomi), Bokio or SIE-4) and into EU VAT (OSS) reports. SaldoKit is a helper tool, not tax or accounting advice. You are responsible for reviewing the figures before you post or file.

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your credentials secure. The service is intended for businesses.

• Paid plans (Basic and Pro) are billed monthly via Stripe.
• Each plan starts with a 30-day free trial; after that the plan is charged until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime in the billing portal, effective from the next billing period.
• 30-day money-back guarantee: if SaldoKit is not working for you, we refund your first payment when you ask within 30 days of it — no questions. Email support@saldokit.se and we will sort it out. Nothing here limits your rights under mandatory law.

You may not misuse the service, circumvent technical limits, or use it for unlawful activity. Only connect accounts (Stripe, Fortnox, etc.) that you are entitled to use.

SaldoKit connects to Stripe, Fortnox, Spiris (Visma eEkonomi) and Bokio. Your use of them is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for faults or outages in third-party services.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the service in the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the app before they take effect.

Swedish law applies and disputes are settled by Swedish courts. Contact: hello@saldokit.se.
